•We are down to only 6 students that are not fully paid for the California trip. I will talk to these students privately during rehearsal tonight. Please either communicate with me an anticipated timeline of payment (still via “MyGateway” at http://www.musicfestivals.com) or simply make the payment ASAP.
•We have added a female student passenger and need TWO girls to join with the new student in a hotel room of three for the CA trip. If you are a female student traveling to CA and are willing to move to a different room with this student please come and see me. I will give more specifics at rehearsal tonight.
•I have attached a liability waiver for students to participate in the clinic with the UCLA marching band. Students who are traveling to California will need to fill out both pages of this waiver and return it at the Pre-Tour meeting on October 9th.
•Students will be excused from 6th period tomorrow to prepare for the assembly/pep rally in the gym at the end of the day.
•Tomorrow is GAMEDAY. 5 PM Dinner 6PM full uniform inspection 6:15 PM Stepoff 6:30 Pregame show/tunes 7:00 PM Kickoff Approx. 8 PM Halftime Approx. 9:30 PM Cleanup/Dismissal. Students should wear blue WoodburyHSBand shirts to the game. Please also wear them at the end of the school day for the assembly.
