Hey Concert Band! Here's our "rough draft" of Vesuvius, played at the end of rehearsal on 9/22. Please listen to it with a critical ear and take notes on things you want to improve. Remember, we are looking for improvement beyond simply accurate notes and rhythm. Blended articulation, ensemble balance, chordal tuning, and vertical alignment of tempo are all important areas to focus our growth in this piece!
